Seeking a strong candidate with good attention to detail to enter orders and invoices into QuickBooks.

  • Answer calls and assist callers and/or take and relay accurate messages
  • Perform other office/clerical duties as needed

What you need to have

Skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a must
  • Typing speed at least 35 WPM
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail is required for this position
  • Well organized and independent
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Prior related experience required
