Here is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, motivated Recruiting Professional to help a respected non-profit. You should be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of community-based organizations to source for applicants. Applicants with strong time-management skills are encouraged to apply! You will be recruiting for staff for retail store positions in all five boroughs of New York City. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Posting online job listings to attract to talent based on hiring needs
  • Screening candidates and scheduling interviews with retail store personnel
  • Checking references and working with other HR members to complete the recruiting process
  • Performing other related duties as needed

What you need to have

Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience required
  • Retail recruiting experience strongly preferred
Languages
This opportunity requires fluency in English
