Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm (Mon-Fri)

We are recruiting for a skilled and conscientious office professional to provide office support in a busy workplace.

Duties include:

  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Maintaining office scheduling and event calendars
  • Coordinating conferences and meetings
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence, electronic or hard copy
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and reimbursement
  • Setting up and maintaining filing and tracking systems for both regular and confidential electronic/hard copy correspondence, documents, records and other materials
  • Developing procedures for coordinating and tracking assignments
  • Managing an inventory of office supplies including making orders as needed
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned

What you need to have

  • Capable of operating office equipment such as copiers, scanners and phones
  • Strong organizational and excellent communication skills required
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate executive schedules and work with internal and external support staff to schedule meetings/conferences with multiple internal and external parties
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Prior relevant experience is required
  • High school graduate/GED preferred
