*IN-PERSON WORKSITE *

Location: Jamaica / Hollis, Queens, NY

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Full time)

Analysts needed to verify Procurement Card account charges for hundreds of cardholders while ensuring compliance with agency procedures and guidelines outlined in the Policy Instructions.

Duties include:

  • Reviewing requests for equipment purchases and maintenance for accuracy and adherence to procedures
  • Interacting effectively with vendors and employees in user departments
  • Ensuring the timely receipt of contracted goods and services
  • Maintaining and updating current database of copier inventory
  • Developing reports in an accurate and timely fashion to meet deadlines
  • Reviewing and adjusting monthly invoices for accuracy and processing
  • Investigating discrepancies on monthly statements and preparing detailed reports
  • Preparing disbursement documentation for payment of invoice

What you need to have

Skills
  • Candidates must be very detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized
  • Mandatory: Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent Excel Skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
  • Mandatory: Multi-tasking: Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Must possess excellent written and communication skills and letter writing skills
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Must be experienced in customer service environment
