Location: Lower Manhattan, NY

Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Full time)

Qualified call center professionals needed to provide excellent customer service to clients.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
  • Handling and resolving complaints
  • Providing technical support to our clients daily in the Call Center
  • Taking client requests via phone or email to enter them into an internal ticketing system
  • Interacting with clients to report or resolve some technical issues on the phone or by email agency-wide
  • Assisting technical support technicians as needed

What you need to have

  • Customer service experience and some computer knowledge is needed
  • Strong customer service skills required
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 4 or more years of related experience
