Location(s): Downtown Brooklyn, NY

Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm

Qualified candidates sought to perform diversified administrative and secretarial duties, including meeting deadlines and coordinating the flow of people, paper, and phone calls in and out of the office.

What you need to have

Skills
  • Must possess above average verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with staff and management personnel in a courteous, cooperative and professional manner
  • Able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Some administrative/secretarial experience is required
  • Must have prior professional experience in the use of one or more of the following software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, WordPerfect (5.1 or better), Word for Windows, MultiMate, Lotus (Allways and/or WYSIWIG), Paradox, and GroupWise (or another e-mail system)
Languages
