Schedule: THURSDAYS through SUNDAYS (7:00 AM — 7:00 PM)


Manhattan: Lower East Side

Queens: Long Island City

Brooklyn: Downtown Brooklyn, Brownsville & New Lots

The Bronx: Mt Eden & Edenwald

Customer Service Reps will be responsible for professionally assisting clients at the COVID-19 vaccine sites. Other duties include but not limited to (this position requires standing and walking for long periods of time, up to 6 hours):

  • Correctly directing clients through the Point of Distribution and providing all available information
  • Work with the Language Access Manager and Disability Access Manager to ensure clients receive accommodations due to a disability, access, or functional need
  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries and to handle and resolve complaints

What you need to have

  • Position requires considerable physical movement both indoors and outdoors in order to meet and assist clients
  • People in this role must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
  • Strong customer service skills
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Experience working in emergency response or high stress situations
  • Experience working with the public
  • Experience providing customer service to people of diverse backgrounds
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience required
