(Multiple Openings) * PHYSICAL WORKSITE *

Locations: Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island & Manhattan (as assigned)

Hours: PART-TIME (9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.)

Skilled, experienced and diligent food service managers are needed for this exciting position (May require lifting/moving and/or standing for long periods of time).

Duties include:

  • Planning, directing, and coordinating activities of the department that is serving food and beverages
  • Traveling to the assigned location
  • Taking a physical inventory of food and supplies
  • Entering electronic delivery receipts for food and supplies received
  • Entering daily meal counts into the reporting system
  • Packing of grab-and-go meals
  • Interoffice transfer of administrative records
  • Food ordering, record keeping (inventory, food production, delivery receipts, etc), incident management and principal communications
  • Performing other related duties as needed

What you need to have

  • May require lifting/moving and/or standing for long periods of time
Prior experience & qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage preparation and serving required, including physical inventory of food and supplies; work related to grocery stocking, cashiering, restaurant work and related
  • A high school diploma, GED or post-secondary vocational award required
