Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

  • Serve as a resource to families and students regarding admissions, providing high-quality information and timely responses to inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service and support in all instances of working with families
  • Exemplary ability to work and provide service in a fast-paced, time-sensitive work environment
  • Answer inquiries and obtain information for general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties
  • Provide information regarding activities conducted at establishment; location of departments, offices, and
  • employees within organization

Prior experience & qualifications
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience required
