LOCATION(S): Brookly & Manhattan, NY
- Greet vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors
- Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization
- May operate a multi-line phone or switchboard to route incoming calls to 10-20 extensions and place outgoing calls
- Document detailed telephone messages (hand-written and, for some departments, inserting into electronic mail
What you need to have
Skills
- Knowledge of Word and typing speed of 25+ wpm
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to meet deadlines
Prior experience & qualifications
- Receptionist/Secretary experience or in a related area required
