Daily schedule: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM

Location: Central Harlem, Upper Manhattan

Office Assistant needed to provide support duties to the organization as needed.

Duties include:

  • Distributing incoming mails and prepares outgoing mail for shipping using postage meter.
  • Acting as a backup receptionist and providing administrative services to staff
  • Copying documents
  • Restocking office supplies and kitchen supplies
  • Performing general maintenance of the facility and office equipment
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within an office setting
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

What you need to have

Skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word as requested
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 3 years related experience is required
Languages
