SCHEDULE: MON-FRI (9:00AM TO 5:00PM)

LOCATION(S): ALL 5 NYC BOROUGHS

Seeking reliable and experienced office managers to:

  • Directly coordinate the activities of clerical and administrative support workers
  • Maintain and oversee multiple areas of the Business Centers including Customer Service
  • Work at customer service window in active situations on occasion
  • Prepare release forms for booted/towed vehicles and print copies of parking tickets
  • Issue payment plans for camera/parking violation tickets and property taxes
  • Issue Registration Clearances and Satisfaction of Judgements
  • Create electronic case folders (ECF’s) for respondent that request to see a Judge for a hearing on parking/camera violations
  • Answer customer questions about their property tax bills
  • Create bills for property tax/parking/water bill payments
  • Supervise staff, maintain, and update employee files, including evaluations, disciplinary actions and time and leave
  • Help train and update staff of new or changing rules and policies

What you need to have

Skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of general office software, such as Word and Excel
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 5 year of previous supervisory experience required
Languages
