Change.org recently launched the 2010 Ideas for Change in America competition.
One idea that was proposed by Goodwill International is called Build Career Onramps for People Who Want to Work: Fund Transitional Jobs Opportunities. Goodwill's idea has made it into the final round, and is just 1360 votes away from making it into the final list of winning ideas.
